Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original eco-friendly packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
